TrueWeb Technologies strives to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we provide refunds or cancellations for our services.
Digital Services
Due to the nature of our digital services, and the significant time and resources invested in each project, we have specific refund policies based on the type of service and project stage.
Website Development Projects
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we will refund 85% of your initial payment. The retained 15% covers administrative costs, project setup, and resource allocation.
- During Development: Once development has begun, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.
- After Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds are available. However, we offer revision periods as specified in your service agreement.
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly Services: For ongoing monthly services such as SEO, PPC, or social media management, we require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
- One-Time Services: For one-time services like content creation or graphic design, refunds are available only if we have not begun work. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion and may be prorated based on completed work.
Hosting and Domain Services
- Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable due to the immediate registration with domain authorities.
- Hosting Services: Hosting services may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided that the hosting resources have not been used extensively.
Circumstances for Refunds
We may consider full or partial refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe (excluding delays caused by client-side factors).
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues on our end prevent the proper delivery or functionality of our services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a service you have prepaid for, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and company name (if applicable)
- The service or project for which you are requesting a refund
- Order or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe an exception should be made to this policy, please contact our customer service team. We handle each case individually and strive to find fair solutions that satisfy both parties.
For unresolved disputes, we encourage clients to work with us directly before involving third parties. We are committed to maintaining positive client relationships and finding mutually acceptable resolutions.
